3D Animation of 9 Villa

The task is to create a high-quality fly-over video of the exterior showcasing the development’s unique
features, including its location and villa positioning. Using a mix of drone footage and animation,
the video will highlight the site’s spectacular views and architectural design
Requirements:
Client wants a 1-minute video merging drone and stock footage to display villa exteriors and car-level views against stunning backgrounds. It starts with a Google Maps aerial view, zooming to the location.
The Steps we followed to kick-off the project
Requirement Gathering:
Virtual Meeting with the client to understand their needs, vision, and expectations.
Timeline and Milestones:
Establishing a timeline with milestones and deadlines for each project phase.
Agreement and Kick Start:
Once we agreed to milestones and all the necessary information was shared we started to work on the project.
File shared by client:
The client provided us the CAD file with the topography, villa placement, and CAD for each villa.
We also have renderings of the villas’ exterior, site, and interiors to help with material selection.
- Purpose and Limitations:
The files provided are were render-ready. They were created for 2D permit and construction documentation purposes.
The client advises that textures need to be applied on the recipient’s side, and 3D street/driveway connections need refinement. - Geographical Coordinates:
The client provides the geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) for the project site: Lat. 21°47’15.78″N ; Long. 72°14’52.39″W.
Step by step process:

2D Sketches were created for the turn arounds
Once client approved the locations we moved to the next step to model and create the landscape.

Mainly Unreal Engine was used for this project
For modeling we used blender and Cinema 4D.

We created a rough draft and shared with client to see if its all moving int he right direction

We have updated the vegetation+ Landscape+ Solar panels + Furniture+ Water Entrance

Feedback
The client wanted the green roofs to appear more natural, resembling natural foliage rather than artificial grass. They seek a solution to enhance the natural look of the grass on the roofs.

We enhanced the appearance of the grass to better meet the client’s expectations for a more natural look.
