3D Renovation Works
Permit Submission
The Task was to create a 3D Rendered image, as per the instruction by the client.
Requirements:
Remove the white overhang from that building. The siding that is above it will extend down to meet the
top of the windows underneath it. Paint siding white, brick red (with options), and trim white.
The Steps we followed to kick-off the project
Requirement Gathering:
Virtual Meeting with the client to understand their needs, vision, and expectations.
Timeline and Milestones:
Establishing a timeline with milestones and deadlines for each project phase.
Agreement and Kick Start:
Once we agreed to milestones and all the necessary information was shared we started to work on the project.
File shared by client:
The client provided us the CAD file with the Images, we had to then create the 3D version based upon the reference photos
Step by step process:

Firstly, Confirmed the areas to be removed through rough red and yellow lines as shown respectively in the images
After approval , Started working on the 3D model and the basic 3D model was ready with 2 options

Then we added textures

After approval of textures we adding lighting

During the feedback process client wanted to trim around the windows to look exactly like the current trim.
